Yes. Roster snapshots are encrypted at rest with keys stored separately from the data. Hosting is in Frankfurt (EU), never replicated outside the EU. You can erase your entire account anytime from Settings → Privacy — hard-deleted within 30 days, audit-logged for GDPR Article 17 compliance.
CrewMark works for every airline and base. EASA and national FTL rules are evaluated on every roster upload. For some operator + base combinations we also model the applicable collective agreement (CLA) for full legality detail; the rest use the EASA + national baseline, with CLA detail added as crew bring real roster data. The system is built to extend, never to lock in to any one airline.
No. CrewMark is not affiliated with any airline. Your roster, legality findings, salary calculations, and account details are yours alone — never shared with HR, management, or any third party. The product is crew-owned and crew-controlled.
Work-email verification confirms you are a real crew member at your airline, not a random sign-up. The work email is used only for proof-of-employment — you sign in via magic-link to your personal email. Both can be deleted anytime.
